· Student who needs a mobile phone with internet access- Students will need a phone with internet access incase they haven't got any other technical devices like a laptop, ipod, ipad etc.. Having internet on your phone can help your education because you can use the internet to search things, that you really need help with.
The positive things about a student having a mobile with internet access- It provide us to use internet at very low cost. Incase of an emergancy, it will also bring your education up and help you with anything you need help with.
negative- It can distract students. May cost you.
· Self employed builder who is new to technology and has £600 to spend on a laptop for invoicing- This could help because if the builder needed anything to help him with his technology he could order it straight away and it would come.

negative- could be spending more money than you are expecting too, and you could be on a low cost.
· Journalist who needs a electronic tablet when on location- This is helpful because he could track where he is going, incase he gets lost.
positive- If he sees any storys he can send them to his boss, useful because there would be a map on the tablet if you get lost.
negative- could interrupt him on the things he is meant to do, and he could get caught on to doing something else that he is not meant to do .
· A factory worker who wants to listen to an MP3 player on the bus- Saves you from getting bored, will give you a bit of energy for when you are working. Stop you from getting interrupted you can bed able to concentrate.
positive- has something to do, so he is not bored.
negative- could get carried away with what he is listening to, which could lead to him not doing what he is meant to be doing.
