copy right law
copy right is when a company creates something eg a logo and then another company steal it and uses it there own without permission. A example for this would be, just like converse belongs to the converse company so no one should copy this
This is a fake type of converse, so this is classed as copy right. They have tried to make it look like the real version, but it isnt.
Intellectual property
Would be when someone that is not very creative steals someones work, that someone has made or hacks into it and uses it without there permission. for example dyson hoovers created there own trade mark of a ball so it could move more easily,if this idea was stolen this would be intellectual property as they came up with there own idea.
